On the morning of Thursday, March 13th, at approximately 4:30, a Plymouth Police Officer conducted a traffic stop at the corner of Lincolnway East and Pennsylvania Avenue for a registration violation.
The driver of the vehicle was identified as Dany M. Rivera-Bustamante, 37, of North Plum Street in Plymouth. Rivera-Bustamante was found to be operating a vehicle without ever receiving a license and had a prior conviction. He was taken into custody and lodged at the Marshall County Jail for Operator Never Licensed-Prior.

They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
