One individual was arrested Wednesday after leading an Indiana State Police Trooper on a pursuit in Howard County.

Shortly after 2:00 a.m., ISP Sergeant Kyle Miller was patrolling near the intersection of Main Street and Markland Avenue in Kokomo, Indiana, when he noticed a 2003 Chevrolet Corvette with its headlights not illuminated.
