Puntney named as new chairman of LCMH Board

There will be a change in the leadership of the Lawrence County Memorial Hospital (LCMH) Board.

The medical facility located in Lawrenceville has announced that Natalie Puntney will be the new chairman, succeeding Carl Aten, who is stepping down after over 25 years of service.

During his time on the hospital board and as chairman, Aten has helped guide the hospital through significant changes and challenges. He will remain on the board until the completion of his final term.

Puntney is a current member of the board and brings a strong commitment to Lawrence County, rural healthcare and the future of the hospital. In a statement released by LCMH, Puntney said it was an honor to serve as board chairman and looks forward to working with the hospital leadership. fellow board members and the LCMH team to continue strengthening healthcare services close to home.
