A Plymouth man was taken into custody Thursday afternoon on an active felony warrant.
On Thursday, October 1st, at approximately 12:35 p.m., Officer Wallace with the Plymouth Police Department located 52-year-old Kenneth Mattern at his residence on Hillcrest Avenue.
Mattern had an active felony warrant through the Marshall County Sheriff's Department for a probation violation. He was taken into custody without incident and lodged in the Marshall County Jail on the warrant. He is being held on a $250 cash bond.
