A 20-year-old Plymouth man was arrested Thursday afternoon following reports of an active physical domestic altercation at a local residence.
Plymouth Police officers were dispatched to a home on Evergreen Drive after receiving a report of an active physical domestic battery. Following an investigation at the scene, Officer Mark took Bryan Regalado, who resides at the Evergreen Drive address, into custody.
Regalado was transported to the Marshall County Jail, where he was booked on preliminary charges of domestic battery in the presence of a child and intimidation.
He is currently being held on a cash bond.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
