Last month, Dr. Sue Ellspermann, President of Ivy Tech presented Plymouth Municipal Airport Manager Bill Sheley with the Ivy Tech Columbus Campus 3rd annual President’s Award for Excellence in Dual Credits Instruction.
This award is presented annually to honor Ivy Tech’s most outstanding dual credit instructors statewide.
Sheley and his wife attended a recognition ceremony at the Garment Factory in Franklin last month where they highlighted Bill’s academic and teaching accomplishments.
