Our Hospice of South Central Indiana has launched a $2 million Capital Campaign to refresh and modernize the Hospice Center in Columbus—first opened in 2003 as Indiana’s first freestanding hospice inpatient facility.
The 14-bed Hospice Center provides compassionate care and supports patients, their families and loved ones through life’s most tender and difficult moments.
This campaign will update patient rooms and improve family spaces.
“For more than two decades, Our Hospice Center cared for thousands of patients and loved ones during life’s most difficult moments. These updates will help us honor our past with a legacy donor wall, and rebuild our futurewith new naming opportunities, a real journey of compassion. Together, our community can make every moment count for years to come,” said Steph Cain, President of Our Hospice.
As part of the campaign, naming opportunities are available for those who wish to support the refreshed spaces. Our Hospice will also continue to honor all original donors with a legacy donor wall that recognizes the generosity of those who made the Hospice Center possible nearly 25 years ago.
The Hospice Center Refresh is part of a long-term commitment to ensuring that high-quality, compassionate care remains accessible and close to home for patients and loved ones throughout South Central Indiana.
