Officer Schieber with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop on February 13th around 12:45am on a vehicle for a moving violation.
During the traffic stop the driver, Tomo Djurasevic, 38, of Sterling Heights Michigan, was found to be intoxicated. He was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail and lodged for operating a vehicle while intoxicated over .15. Djurasevic was also charged with OVWIntoxicated-Endangering. He was held on a $1,500 cash bond.
