Marshall County Sheriff Matt Hassel recognized and congratulated two 911 dispatchers this month.
James Budd and Luke Laidig, two Marshall County 911 dispatchers, have received national recognition for their excellence in dispatching certifications through the National Emergency Number Association (NENA).
This distinguished achievement is awarded to dispatchers who have completed at least three advanced dispatch courses within two years. Receiving this recognition demonstrates that our dispatchers are highly trained and will always strive to provide exceptional emergency services to the communities we serve.
Training is a top priority for our 911 dispatchers, and we take great pride in recognizing these individuals for their hard work and dedication.
These two dispatchers received a certificate from NENA and were presented with a Marshall County Dispatch challenge coin in recognition of their achievement.
