Thursday morning, May 9th, just after 5, a Plymouth Police Officer initiated a traffic stop for a registration violation near the intersection of Michigan Street and Skylane Drive.
The driver of the vehicle was identified as Karia E. Carrion-Rodriguez, 37-years-old from old U.S 31 in LaPaz.
Carrion-Rodriguez was determined to have never obtained a driver’s license and was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.
