On Wednesday the Plymouth Community School Corporation announced the appointment of Josh Dingeldein as the new Assistant Principal of Plymouth High School. With a robust background in education and leadership, Dingeldein brings valuable experience to his new role, having previously served as an English Language Arts teacher at Plymouth High School, and being named one of Indiana’s Milken Educations.
Dingeldein holds a Master’s of Education in Educational Leadership from the American College in Indianapolis. He is also anticipated to receive his Indiana Principal’s License (Grades K-12) in December 2025. His dedication to education is underscored by his numerous achievements and recognitions throughout his career.
During his tenure as a teacher at PHS, Dingeldein distinguished himself through his implementation of innovative teaching methods, such as active monitoring and differentiated instruction, aimed at enhancing student learning outcomes. His commitment to professional growth is evident throughout his time in education, having participated in numerous professional developments and serving in many leadership roles. Dingeldein served as a Team Specialist and Football Coach at Hill Campus of Arts and Science in Denver, Colorado.
Dingeldein stated, “I’m incredibly excited to join the Plymouth High School Administration team. We will continue to build on a strong foundation to support staff and students to achieve at high levels. Our teachers and students are worth it, and our community deserves it.”
In his new role as Assistant Principal, Dingeldein will leverage his experience and leadership skills to support the academic and personal growth of students at Plymouth High School. He will work collaboratively with staff, students, and the community to foster an environment of excellence and high achievement.
