Cassandra James has been named the Plant Manager for the Brock Grain Systems Vincennes manufacturing facility, according to Greg Myers, Vice President and General Manager for the Brock business unit of CTB, Inc.
Her responsibilities in this position will consist of managing the operations – including production, scheduling, warehouse, maintenance, and facility – to ensure (OCE) on-time, complete and error-free goals are attained within budget and resource guidelines.
James joined Brock Grain Systems in September 2024 as Production Planning and Purchasing Supervisor. She is an 11-year veteran of buying and inventory management with experience in the consumer electronics, industrial machinery, automotive, and medical device industries. Prior to joining CTB, she most recently held the position of Lead Buyer.
A graduate of Vincennes University, James earned an associate degree in logistics and supply chain management. She is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
James is a native of Vincennes, and continues to reside there.
