The following people were recently booked at the Fulton County Jail:
• Henry S. McNeal Jr., 33, Muncie, was arrested Thursday on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court on an original charge of driving while suspended. He was picked up at the Delaware County Jail and held on a $150 cash bond.
• Terry L. Turner Jr., 56, Indianapolis, was arrested Thursday on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court on an original charge of public indecency. He was taken into custody by state police at Saratoga Avenue and Goyer Road in Kokomo and held on a $200 cash bond.
