Projects are making more housing available in Rochester with continuation of those expected to offer more options soon.
Mayor Trent Odell says one of those opens Tuesday.
The Rochester Board of Public Works recently accepted bids for the planned water – sewer project. And the mayor notes the numbers were very good prompting possible use of dollars into other aspects.
Mayor Odell says a firm in Birmingham, AL is advertising that area of Rochester within the increased water and sewer as available for retail. He notes that he remains hopeful that means another hotel for the city, also. But, for now, nothing definitive.
