Officer Truty with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department investigated the complaint of an out-of-control homeless male last Tuesday in Lakeville.
On August 13th, at approximately 5:30 p.m., the Marshall County Central Dispatch Center broadcast a report of a female caller at 204 Michigan Road in Lakeville that took in a homeless male and now he was no longer welcome and getting out of control.
Deputies with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department responded and when they arrived the male was chasing the female caller.
Officer Truty detained Wilson David Arias Coldiadres, age 20, at the scene. He was later transported and lodged at the Marshall County Jail for intimidation, battery, resisting law enforcement and criminal mischief.
