Plymouth Police located a male subject sleeping in the driver's seat of a vehicle at 708 N Walnut Street Monday night, February 3rd, at approximately 11:45.
Officer Witkowski made contact with 50-year-old Russell D. Hendricks of the North Walnut Street address. He was taken into custody and arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a BAC over .15.
Hendricks was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $1,500 cash bond for OWI.
