A Harlan man was arrested Saturday morning after a traffic stop revealed he was driving on a suspended license with a prior conviction.
Officer Krynock with the Plymouth Police Department stopped a vehicle at U.S. 30 and U.S. 31 at 11:34 a.m. on December 27th, 2025, for a traffic infraction.
The driver, Andres M. Stark, 37, of Harlan, was found to have a license status of suspended with a prior conviction for the same offense.
Stark was taken into custody and transported to Marshall County Jail, where he was booked on the charge. He was assigned a court date of February 3rd and issued a cash bond of $500.
Stark posted his cash bond at 1:13 p.m. Saturday and was released.
