The signing of contracts for various services and agreements by Fulton County department heads must come before county government first.
Fulton County Commissioner Rick Ranstead says they approved an ordinance on its first two readings, with one approval to go, that makes it necessary for proposed contracts to come before them before they can be signed off on by a department head.
