One person was killed early Friday morning in an accident in southwestern Indiana.
The Sullivan County Sheriffs Department reports that they were dispatched around 2 a.m. ET to Indiana State Road 54 and Section Street-the scene of a single vehicle crash. Authorities say that the vehicle was traveling west on State Road 54 and went through a "T" intersection and struck a tree. The driver was identified as 58 year old Cary Brett Wayman of Sullivan and he was pronounced dead at the scene. Investigation into the accident circumstances continues with autopsy results pending.
