A resident of the Economy Inn was arrested Tuesday, June 11th for public nudity and public intoxication.
Officers from the Plymouth Police Department were dispatched to 2535 North Michigan Street, the Economy Inn at 4:45 Tuesday afternoon for a man in the parking lot with his pants down.
Officer Lovely responded to the motel and located the suspect, 59-year-old Brian Hoese who was sitting inside a vehicle in the parking lot. He appeared to be intoxicated and his pants were still partially down.
Brian Hoese was transported to Saint Joseph Hospital in Plymouth to be medically cleared and then transported to the Marshall County Jail. He was lodged for public intoxication as a class B misdemeanor and public nudity as a class C misdemeanor. His cash bond was set at $250.
