The Food Bank of Northern Indiana will host three Mobile Food Distributions in Marshall County this December.
The first opportunity for those with food insecurities in Marshall County to receive assistance is on Tuesday, December 3.
A mobile food distribution will be held at Trinity Lutheran Church at 430 Academy Road in Culver from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. While supplies last, assorted food items will be offered free of charge. All items are pre-boxed and pre-bagged and served on a first-come, first-serve basis while supplies last. The distribution is one box/bag per household.
This distribution is drive-through. Participants are to remain in their vehicles and open their trunks to receive items. An area will be available for self-loading if your trunk does not open.
This distribution is sponsored by United Way of Marshall County and will serve 200 households.
On Monday, December 9, a produce-only food distribution will be held at the Argos United Methodist Church at 570 North Michigan Street from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. or while supplies last.
This distribution is sponsored by MHS and will provide produce for 200 households.
On Monday, December 16, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. a mobile food distribution will be held in Plymouth at the public pool. This distribution is sponsored by United Way of Marshall County and will serve 250 households.
