A Westville man was arrested by county police on November 12th for OWI.
On Wednesday night, at 8:30, Deputy Bragg with the Sheriff’s Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of Plymouth Laporte Trail and Queen Road.
During the investigation, it was determined that the driver of the vehicle, 39-year-old Richard K. Lazur of Westville, was intoxicated.
Lazur was taken into custody and lodged in the Marshall County Jail for operating a vehicle while intoxicated - endangering and operating while intoxicated - BAC at/above 0.15%.
