Officer Hubbard with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department arrested an Ohio man on Tuesday, February 14th for OWI.
While running a traffic detail just after 5 a.m., he stopped a vehicle on U.S. 30 for speeding and improper lane usage.
Ifeoluwa O Adedeji, 30, from Columbus, OH appeared to be operating while under the influence. Standardized Field Sobriety testing was completed, and field test results and later a certified chemical test led to the arrest of the Ohio man.
Adedeji was arrested for OWI greater than.15 and booked into the Marshall County Jail on a $1,500 cash bond.

They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
