Early Sunday morning, February 26, (2023) at approximately 2:20, the Marshall County Sheriff's Department received a call for a pick-up truck that had ran off the roadway and rolled in the area of U.S. 31 and U.S. 6.
Marshall County Deputies responded to the scene and located the truck. The truck had come to rest near Maple Road. During the investigation, it was determined that the driver of the truck, Gregory A. Phillips, age 59, of Argos, was intoxicated.
Gregory Phillips was arrested and lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Operating While Intoxicated with a BAC at or above 0.15%, a Class A Misdemeanor and Operating While Intoxicated - Endangering, a Class B Misdemeanor. His cash bond was set at $1,500.
