The Marshall County Park and Recreation Board will meet tonight at 6 in the second-floor meeting room of the County Building.
The agenda for the meeting includes an update on the multi-use trails at Mill Pond, the trustee cabin in the Memorial Forest, and the possibility of creating a disc golf course at the Memorial Forest. Also on the agenda is the continued work on creating an additional canoe/kayak launch in Marshall County, ideally between Bremen and Plymouth and maybe between Plymouth and the Starke County line.
Under the title of Old Business is an update on the invasive plant eradication project at both the Memorial Forest and Trails at Mill Pond.
The County Park Board meeting is open to the public and comments and recommendations are always welcome along with volunteers.
