The Marshall County Commissioners will conduct two executive sessions on Tuesday, August 27th in the law offices of Wyland, Humphrey, Clevenger & Surrisi at 319 West Jefferson Street in Plymouth.
The first executive session will be at 3 p.m. and is in accordance with the Indiana Code to discuss negotiations on an economic development matter.
The second executive session will be held at 4 p.m. The purpose of this session is to discuss strategy for litigation or threatened litigation and to receive information concerning an individual’s alleged misconduct with respect to an individual over whom the governing body has jurisdiction.
