An Executive Session of the Marshall County Board of Zoning Appeals will be held on Monday, December 8th, at 7 p.m. in room 203 of the County Building.
The purpose of the Executive Session is for the discussion of strategy with respect to litigation that is pending in the Allen County Superior Court. The case is Tamarack Solar Energy, LLC versus the Marshall County Board of Zoning Appeals, cause number 02D03-2505-PL-182 (transferred from 50D03-2501-PL-001, as permitted under Indiana Code.
While the Marshall County Board of Zoning Appeals must notify the public of the Executive Session, the meeting is closed to the public.
