While on routine patrol, a Deputy with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department stopped a vehicle for speed on Monday night, September 29th, at about 7:15. The report does not indicate where the traffic stop occurred.
While talking with the driver, Miguel Contreras, it was found that he had never held a valid driver’s license.
The criminal charge for booking Contreras into the Marshall County Jail was operating a vehicle without ever obtaining a license. He was held on a $100 cash bond. Lyons Wrecker Service towed the vehicle.
