Officer Witkowski with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle traveling east on Adams Street on Saturday.
The driver, Terencio De Jesus Jarquin Herrera, 25, of Plymouth, was operating the vehicle while intoxicated and had never obtained a driver's license.
Herrera was arrested and transported to the Marshall County Jail.
