City of Plymouth sets Trick-or-Treat date & hours

Trick-or-Treaters will be out looking for treats from friends, family, and neighbors on Friday, October 31st in the City of Plymouth.

Monday evening, members of the Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety unanimously passed a resolution setting the day and time for Trick-or-Treat.

The resolution establishing the October tradition stated:

WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth acknowledges the rich folklore, mysterious whispers, and spectral sightings that have long haunted the Hoosier heartland.

WHEREAS, Halloween offers the perfect occasion to honor our ghostly heritage, celebrate the supernatural, and invite residents to revel in the eerie beauty of the season.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the spirits of our community are free to roam the neighborhoods on Friday, October 31, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Plymouth shall embrace its haunted heart with pride, transforming Halloween into a celebration of mystery, memory, and community spirit - where every shadow tells a story, and every whisper might be a ghost.

The resolution was adopted on Monday, September 22^nd.
