Officer Allen with the Plymouth Police Department was conducting speed enforcement on U.S. 30 between North Oak Drive and Pioneer Drive on Monday when a vehicle was captured on radar traveling eastbound on U.S. 30, passing vehicles at a rate of 90 mph.
A traffic stop was conducted at 10:30 a.m. on that vehicle, and 19-year-old Brayan Pastuna Ugsh of Chicago was taken into custody for reckless driving.
Pastuna Ugsh was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in at 11:02. Pastuna Ugsh was given a November court date and a cash bond that was paid at 1:35 p.m., and he was released on bond.
