Officer Jeremy Enyart with the Plymouth Police Department was dispatched to 2535 North Michigan Street, the Economy Inn on Thursday, May 23rd at 12:45 in the afternoon for a person with a parole violation.
Officer Enyart located 34-year-old Brett Kersey in room 244 and informed him of the parole violation. The officer took him into custody without incident and transported him to the Marshall County Jail where he was lodged for the warrant and other pending charges. He was held with No Bond.
