The Casey-Westfield Warriors pushed across the winning run in the bottom of the 7th inning to beat the Lawrenceville baseball Indians 4-3 Monday at Casey.
The Tribe scored all three runs in the first inning and were shut down the rest of the way in the loss.
They had 3 runs on 7 hits and made no errors while the Warriors scored 4 runs on 10 hits with no errors.
Neilan Bickers had 3 hits and 2 RBI and Wyalan Bice 2 hits to lead the Indian offense.
Lawrenceville drops to 6-5 on the season and look to rebound Tuesday when they host North Knox at 5 p.m. CT at Unit 20 Ballpark.
