TWO COMPETE AT IESA STATE TRACK MEET

Congratulations to two Red Hill Junior High track and field athletes who competed at the Illinois Elementary School Association (IESA) Class 1A/2A State Meet held Friday and Saturday at the EastSide Centre in East Peoria. Colby Crutchfield was in the 2A 8th grade boys high jump Friday and finished 7th with a leap of 5' 5 1/4". Persy Klein was in the 2A 7th grade girls 1600 meter finals on Friday and finished 8th in a time of 5:41.21 and then competed Saturday in the 2A 7th grade girls 800 meters and finished 11th in a time of 2:35.19.
