Madisyn Douglass of Caston to serve as member of SAC

Caston's Madisyn Douglass is one of eighteen high school student-athletes from across the state that will serve next year as members of the 2025-26 IHSAA Student Advisory Committee (SAC).

Douglass is among nine juniors selected to join nine seniors receiving hands-on leadership experience through several IHSAA - sponsored events as well as serve as a voice to the IHSAA staff.

Each year, the IHSAA receives nominations from school principals from IHSAA member schools. From that group, 21 are selected for interviews by the IHSAA Executive Committee and returning members of the SAC. From those interviews, nine incoming juniors are chosen to join the group of nine returning seniors.
