It was a good day at Phil Alsman Field in Lawrenceville Thursday for the Parkview Lady Braves. They put together one of their best games of the year in a 7-1 win over the Flora Lady Pups. The squad got solid pitching and timely offense in the win, which evens their record at 3-3. The Lady Braves will host a three team round-robin tournament Saturday at Alsman Field. The first game at 10 a.m. will be a Lawrence County battle with Parkview facing Red Hill. Game two at 11:30 a.m. has Albion facing Red Hill and the final game at 1 p.m. pits Parkview against Albion.
