Congratulations to the Parkview 7th grade Lady Volleyball Braves.
For the first time in school history, a volleyball team has won a regional title.
They accomplished the feat Thursday with a 25-16, 25-20 win over Shelbyville Moulton in the championship match of the Class 7-3A Regional 16 tournament at Teutopolis.
The win moves the undefeated squad to 24-0 and advances them to the sectional at Paris-Mayo Monday.
The Lady Braves will meet Tuscola, the Regional 15 champion at 6:30 p.m.
