Culver Girls Academy sophomore Reese Wilson took medalist honors after shooting a two-under 70 at the 2018 State Preview Saturday. The match was played at Carmel’s Prairie View Golf Course, the site of the state high school golf tournament.
CGA finished eighth in the 18-team field with a combined score of 342. Amanda Kurteff shot an 89, Lucy Pugh 99, Mayakovsky Hatano 84 and Jiayi Wang 105. Culver finished ninth at the state tournament last fall and Wilson was 10th individually.
Zionsville won the team title with a 308. The tournament featured many of the 2017 state tournament teams.
