Tammy Lynn Grigsby, 53, of Medaryville, passed away unexpectedly Sunday, May 18, 2025 at Pulaski Memorial Hospital.
She was born on December 10, 1971 in La Porte, IN to Roy L. and Barbara J. (German) McIlvain. Tammy graduated from West Central High School in 1990. On August 26, 2017, she married Tony Ray Grigsby, Sr. in Medaryville. Tammy worked as a phlebotomist at American Health Network and LabCorp in Lafayette, IN for 28 years.
Tammy was a Disney enthusiast and a tattoo fanatic. Her family was the most important part of her life. She was a loving wife, mom, and mimi who will be dearly missed.

Funeral Services will be held at 11 AM EDT Friday, May 30, 2025 at Frain Mortuary Querry-Ulbricht Chapel in Medaryville, IN with Pastor Tom Dewlen officiating.
Burial will take place at Independence Cemetery in Medaryville, IN.
