Phyllis Ann Prochno, 68, of Plymouth, and formerly of the Argos community, passed away on March 26, 2026, at 1:45 a.m. at Pilgrim Manor Nursing Home.
On December 26, 1957, in Gary, Indiana she was born to Dale E. Prochno and Rose Virginia (Lee) Prochno. She has lived in the Argos community since 1974.
Phyllis worked at Marshall-Starke Development Center as an Assembler and the Fulton County Library at the Rochester Branch. She attended school at Winfield School in Crown Point and Marshall/Starke Development Center in Plymouth.
Phyllis is survived by her Siblings – Karen Brenneman and husband Dale of Bremen, Indiana; Dale Prochno and wife Jessica of Nappanee, Indiana; Carl Prochno and wife Brenda of Argos, Indiana; John Prochno of Argos, Indiana; and Janell Naylor-Prochno and husband Kent of Plymouth, Indiana.

She is preceded in death by her parents.
A gathering of family and friends will be from 12 noon to 1:00 p.m. on Monday, March 30, 2026, at the Rochester I.O.O.F. Cemetery, 620 W. 3rd St., Rochester, Indiana.
Funeral services will start promptly at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Tim Lee. Burial will conclude in the Rochester I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Rochester, Indiana.
