Mark Allen Turnpaugh 64, residing between Rochester and Burket, passed away at 3:20 P.M. on Monday, June 30, 2025, at Lutheran Hospital of Indiana, Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Mark was born on January 18, 1961, in Kokomo, Indiana, the son of Weldon and Patricia (Dalhover) Turnpaugh. On September 5, 1987, in Logansport, Indiana, he married Michele Anne Seymour. She preceded him in death on February 13, 2007. Mark married Vicki Jo Hays on December 15, 2012, in Bourbon, Indiana and she survives him.
Mark worked for Lobdell Emery in Argos, Indiana and for Rochester Community School Corporation retiring in 2020. He enjoyed NASCAR, guitars, the Kansas City Chiefs and the Chicago Cubbies.
Survivors include his wife, Vicki Turnpaugh, Rochester, Indiana, daughter, Chelsie Turnpaugh, Arizona, grandchildren, Gracelyn, Brylynn, Trey, Karlie, and Liam, brothers, Steve Turnpaugh, Tippecanoe, Indiana, Mike Turnpaugh, Macy, Indiana, sisters, Teresa Romine, Indianapolis, Indiana, Marla Pelszynski, Burkett, Indiana and several nieces and nephews. Preceding him in death were his parents and son, Matthew Turnpaugh in 2021.
Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, July 12, 2025 at the Fulton Cemetery, Fulton, Indiana.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Fulton County Animal Adoption and Education Center.
