Edward “Eddie” Dennis Irvine, 75, of Argos, passed away on May 11, 2025 in his home.
Eddie was born to Robert and Lucille (Thompson) Irvine on September 30, 1949 in Chicago, IL. He married Beverly Houin in 1982, and she survives. He worked as a machinist at R.R. Donnelly in Warsaw, IN for 35 years. He was a member of Grace Outreach Fellowship. He enjoyed hunting, woodworking, and watching western movies.
Eddie is survived by his wife, Beverly Irvine of Argos; his sons: Dennis (Sherri) Irvine of Plymouth, IN; Chet (Amy) Irvine of Bourbon, IN; his stepson, Jason Gordon of Argos, IN; his stepdaughter, Karyn (Kevin) Mon of Mount Carroll, IL; 13 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and his granddogs: Lilly and Axel.
Eddie was preceded in death by his brothers, Robert Irvine and Tim Irvine.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, May 15, 2025 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Deaton-Clemens Funeral Home (115 S. Main St., Bourbon, IN).
The funeral service will follow at 4:00 p.m. with Pastor Larrie Kreft officiating.
