A woman who purchased a winning Powerball ticket from a La Porte grocery store in April has claimed her millions of dollars.

According to the Hoosier Lottery, the longtime player bought the winning ticket while grocery shopping at Al's Supermarket on East Lincolnway in La Porte. A few days later she remembered to check her ticket and realized it contained all the winning numbers from the drawing on April 29.

"I was numb.  I was just speechless, in disbelief," she told the Hoosier Lottery.

The woman, who chose to remain anonymous, claimed a one-half share of the $143 million dollar prize split with another ticket holder with all of the required numbers from the same drawing.

While she hasn't yet decided whether she'll keep working or retire, she told Hoosier Lottery she plans on attending some Chicago Bears football games next season and hopes to take a dream trip to Alaska.

The retailer also received a $100,000 bonus from the Lottery for selling the winning ticket.
