Residents who live along Park Avenue near Wildcat Creek and in the surrounding neighborhood, as far south as King Street, should be prepared to evacuate if necessary.
Additional rain is expected Thursday afternoon, and Wildcat Creek is expected to continue rising.
Residents in the affected area should remain alert and be prepared to leave quickly if conditions worsen or an evacuation is ordered.
