The Indiana Department of Transportation announces weekend ramp closures are planned on I-74 for patching and paving work in Shelby County.
Beginning around 7 p.m. on Friday, September 18 crews will close the State Road 244 ramp to I-74 eastbound. Once patching work is complete on the entrance ramp, crews will close the I-74 eastbound exit ramp to State Road 244. Only one ramp will be closed at a time. Work is expected to be complete by 5 a.m. on Monday, September 21.
The following weekend, crews will work on patching and paving the ramps at the St. Paul interchange. Beginning around 7 p.m. on Friday, September 25 crews will close the Michigan Road ramp to I-74 eastbound. Once patching work is complete on the entrance ramp, crews will close the I-74 eastbound exit ramp to Michigan Road.
Once again, only one ramp will be closed at a time. This work is expected to be complete by 5 a.m. on Monday, September 28.
