The Lawrence County Sheriffs Department picked up a wanted male subject late last week.
20 year old David Cessna was discovered to be wanted on an out of state warrant.
He was also wanted for Failure to Appear in Court locally.
Cessna was also charged with Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine (less than 5 gr).
He was booked into the Lawrence County Jail and was being held there pending transfer.
