Members moved to retain incumbents Tim Price as president, Greg Parsley as vice-president and Steve Blinn as secretary/treasurer.
Discussion topics during the session Thursday included a planned Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) overpass project on Wabash Avenue at Indiana State Road 61 planned to begin in 2027 and additional downtown Vincennes development.
