A Nappanee female and a Walkerton male were arrested on Sunday afternoon for possession of paraphernalia following a traffic stop by a city police officer.
At approximately 2:10 p.m. November 10th Officer Witkowski with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a black Jeep Grand Cherokee at State Road 17 and Crest Lane. During the stop the officer located a smoking pipe with white residue inside. He also found inside the vehicle 2 scales that were covered in a white powdery substance. The white powder tested positive for Methamphetamine.
Sherry Blair, 52, and Todd Hall were transported to the Marshall County Jail booked in for preliminary charges of possession of paraphernalia and held on cash bonds.

They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
