Jessica Truex, age 44, of 1257 Baker Street in Plymouth was arrested on Sunday after Plymouth Police were dispatched to the area for the report of a male and female yelling.
At approximately 10:45 p.m., Plymouth Police responded to the scene and located a male and female in an alley. Officers determined that the male was attempting to leave the home with his child, and the female, Jessica Truex, was actively preventing him.
Officer Schieber conducted an investigation that resulted in Truex's arrest. At 11:25 p.m., she was lodged in the Marshall County Jail for criminal confinement and disorderly conduct. Her cash bond was posted at 12:47 a.m., and Truex was released on bond.
