A Denver, Indiana man was arrested on a Fulton County warrant by Officer Wally Derifield with the Plymouth Police Department on Saturday, July 6th
Just after 08:00 am, Officer Derifield was approached by an individual who that advised a male by the name of David Tooley might have a warrant out of Fulton County. The officer confirmed the warrant through Fulton County and arrested Tooley for the Failure to Appear warrant.
David Tooley was lodged in the Marshall County Jail for the Fulton County warrant. He was held for Fulton County to pick up.
